[GLLUG] Penguicon 8.0 in 2010

Other OS's include the various BSD's.  Also, nothing says we'd need new
hardware, or even brand new OS's, if we wanted to show off a Mac.
While Windows 7 will probably be out by next Penguicon, I don't imagine
it will be very widespread.

Meanwhile, we're still working on assumptions.
