[GLLUG] problem loading a file from cdrom

Can someone tell me how to copy a file from cdrom to hard drive. the file is an installer called firmware-b43-installer_014-9_all.deb.
It is supposed to give my Apple PowerBook G4 wifi (airport extreme) its functionality back. I have successfuly loaded Debian Squeeze in and need to accessthe wifi to download the GUI for Linux Mintppc for Mac.
