Hi All,

I am going with my son . We leave on Thursday.

I signed up early to perform security for 6 hours
on one of the 3 days, and got my ticket free.

Last year's hamvention was incredible. Not a lot
of OS stuff there though.

I bought my first copy of Linux and FreeBSD at
a hamvention back in 1995. One linux was slackware
with 9 cds, I thik the other one might have been
debian, but I don't remember. The only one I could
get working reliably though, was FreeBSD 2.2.1.
I don't have the Linux cds anymore, but I still have
the FBSD 2.2.1 one.

Barry
