No problem. If you are set at 1024x768 I am almost 100% sure that is
your problem. I would have to dig to find my proof, but 1024x768 is a
standard square monitor resolution so that would explain how things
are getting stretched out. What is the size of the monitor? Most
17/19" + monitors should be able to do at least 1600x900, however you
would be wise to try and dig up a manual to know for sure. You may
even get lucky and it could tell you the optimal setting within the
monitor menu when you dig through it. I know my AOC does.
