[GLLUG] UPS trouble

Actually, the ups would normally be less expensive that re-wiring, even as
a one-off diy project if you don't count the permit, inspection, etc.
Sizing your load appropriately is definately a better fix to that.problem,
though.  If you trip the breaker a lot, reduce the load.
