[GLLUG] Drupal on Windows (part 2)

I've setup a couple of Drupal instances, by far the simplest way to do
it is via the Microsoft Web Platform Installer (WebPI).  Doing this
will setup the installer, then you simply browse to the directory and
start the Installer.  They make it extremely foolproof.  If you run
