[GLLUG] Form Generator

[cesconetto]

OK, here is my "pie in the sky" scenario….

1- employee go to website
2- employee fill the form
3- manager receives an email saying that there is a form for approval or archival
4- manager takes action, update form's status
5- form is archived or goes back to another action…
