I've only once had a problem with getting a panel set up; they forgot
about the OpenBSD panel in 2008, missing the printed guide but we
were in the pocket guide.

Overall, I think Penguicon has done a better job of running things
than most professional events.  There are certainly glitches, but
I think they're getting better with time?

I had a great time and wish I could have forked myself.
