[GLLUG] system tools and updates

I got the computer in 2009.
The power supply is something i didn't think about.  so I will look into
that.
I had a CPU fan issue a little while ago and had to replace the fan/heat
sink and the CPU may have over heated. other wise CPU would be at the
bottom of list of suspected problems.
