When I started getting involved wth GLLUG the list was 50 or so people
that would post each week if they where getting together that week or
not. Since then several of us actively attended meeting every week , put
on presentations and activities grew the GLLUG and the mailing list to
what it is now. Many of the people on the mailing list are now scattered
across the planet. Recently, I have been pulled away with family
obligations.
We have had ups and downs with attendance and have had some great
presentations and some great group projects. I would be trilled if a
group of you wanted to meet with the goal of making GLLUG as great as I
know if can be. This is a members lead group so if will only be as great
as you are all willing to make it. Who is interested in helping orginize
and or present the types of meeting you want to attend?
I think that the LMN would be a fanatic venue. If Michael is willing to
have the LMN open for us. I propose we meet at the LMN at 6:30 or 7:00?
this week and start building. All in favour say I
Jeff.
