Napster at MSU?

I have been noticing this too, I had been chocking it up to my wonderfully
functional cable modem, but then noticed I was having no trouble to places
offworld..I've been noticing slowdowns to my conneciton in Fee Hall
while at work too

How many other people have seen this?
