MET Service Contact

I know there are quite a few people in this area using the MET service.  Who
do you contact for support.  The 351-8080 number patches into the national
support now and they have no idea about the local service.
I need them to add a reverse DNS for my IP and can't find anyone that has a
clue.  Mail servers are rejecting my connection and I think this is the
problem.
HELP!!
