Extra cradle = $30
Extra cable  = $20 (but not as nice as cradle, and only for USB)

Can probably get one for half that on Ebay (just found a few
actually, $10-$15 plus $3-$5 shipping)

The more I think about it, the more I'm liking the idea of trying
to get the Visor to work... =)
