Postfix, QPopper...

Hi there,

I have a domain that I am trying to set up the "whole shebang" on... Web,
Email, all that fun stuff...

So far so good. I have chosen Postfix and QPopper as my e-mail solution...

Thus far all works fine. I have set up my MX Record and e-mail is flowing
into my boxen quite nicely. I can do a pine on my local machine, and there
my email is. Woo hoo. From another local machine, I can pop in and get my
e-mail, so I have popper set up (at least partially). My trouble comes from
sending an email from the outside. This doesn't work. I send the e-mail, and
get the following generic Outlook Express message:

The connection to the server has failed. Account:
'luckycharms.mathosting.com', Server: 'luckycharms.mathosting.com',
Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error
Number: 0x800CCC0E

Yadda yadda. Mail that is sitting on the box, I can get fine via pop. Just
transmitting out.

Is it a relaying issue? I am assuming if it is then I need to change some
postfix settings? It seems coutnerintuitive, since my inital reaction was to
try to set up popper, but since I can get email I have to imagine pop is
working fine...

In my /etc/popper/main.cf I don't have any of the relaying options set...
so.. I am wondering what I would like those to be.. hmm.. <scratching head>

Matt
