Like Matt said, you typically get what you pay for no matter where you
go. Pricewatch is a really good way to go if you already know the exact
model number of the device you want to buy.

If you don't, I suggest spending some time doing research. Read all the
reviews you can get your hands on and find out who makes the best CD-RW
drive out there within your price range and *then* go to pricewatch to
find the best deal on it.

It looks like Pricewatch just recently added a feedback system to their
site too. One vendor that I can vouch for is Newegg.com. They typically
have some of the best prices on computer hardware and even when they
don't, their customer service usually more than makes up for the few
extra bucks.
