If you get a hold of the "patched" version of OS X, running it on
something like Xen or KVM should theoretically be possible as long as
you're doing full virtualization on hardware which supports it.
(Recent AMD and Intel chips, namely.) I've been wanting to try this on
my laptop, but frankly I'm staying busy enough with my two zillion
Linux projects.

When the first patched version of OS X was released, I know people had
it working in VMWare server. It was ungodly slow, but it did indeed
work.
