[GLLUG] question/suggestion for adding a proxy/cache.

No need to even point most browsers to it, unless you want browsers to
ignore the cache by default.  If you create a ".pac" file (special
JavaScript based format) and serve it via http://wpad/wpad.dat, the major
browsers will pick it up on their own.
